The Pony Express 1065-LITHIUM electric tugger with its swappable battery pack enables 24/7 heavy-duty tug operation in a compact design. When the battery pack on the tugger indicates a low charge level, a quick swap between the tugger’s battery pack and the charging stand keeps the power mover energized for production. Not only are the Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries light enough to allow the swappable pack to meet OSHA standards, but they also create a safer work environment, are safe for transport, and are longer-lasting and environmentally friendly at disposal.
Like the standard 1065 battery-powered tug, the very compact design allows safe navigation of tight hallways and manufacturing aisles while moving heavy loads. Carts can be attached using standard or custom hitches and couplers. The ergonomic tiller head is height-adjustable to suit the operator.
